The 17 Allapattah project is a 14-story residential development located in the City of Miami, on the outskirts of Downtown and Brickell. The project comprises 192 residential units and was designed by Behar, Font & Partners. It is situated near emerging neighborhoods such as Wynwood. The project was completed in 2021.
